Marketing-led transformation is the process of reshaping your business strategy by focusing on your market and customer needs. It ensures every part of your business—from sales to operations—is aligned with driving sales and meeting market demands. This approach works because it unites all business functions under a common goal, enabling smarter decisions and sustained growth. By aligning with what the market values, we create a continuous Re-Think cycle that keeps your business competitive and drives sales.

Our process uses a validated learning model. We learn, plan, execute, and then review the results to help you continuously improve. Once we have helped you execute your strategy and develop the in-house capability to manage your sales and marketing function effectively, we transition to a coaching role to help you maintain and adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Our role is to lead change, empower your team, and offer ongoing support to make it last.

Here is our process in detail:

 

Adapt_CO Process - 01-1

Stage 1 - Assess

We start by assessing the as-is position of your business, where you would like to take it and in what time frame. The process may include interviewing your key decision makers, staff, management, suppliers and customers.

Stage 2 - Plan

We collate our insights and recommendations into an initial draft of a work plan that aims to achieve your goals and objectives. We then workshop this first draft with your key decision-makers to develop an approved work plan.

If achieving your goals and objectives requires reassessing your business strategy, we will conduct strategic planning during this stage.

Stage 3 - Execute

We work alongside your staff and with your suppliers, often from your offices, to implement our agreed plan. The process includes developing measures to establish what is working and what can be improved. We plan regular reviews with your key decision-makers to assess our learnings and update the work plan.

This creates an Re-Think Cycle that enables us to make regular incremental improvements to your outcomes. Over time, these incremental improvements produce significant results.

Stage 4 - Coach

Following several improvement cycles, we will have established a cadence that your staff can continue without our day-to-day involvement.

At this point, our role evolves to coaching your team on an as needs basis to keep them accountable and on track. Generally, this involves us attending review meetings and assisting with improvement strategies.
